Claims for Lien
Claims for lien in relation to construction projects initiated or managed by the Town of Ajax must be submitted by e-mail to the Town Clerk at clerks@ajax.ca, using the provincial Form 12. Claims for lien submitted in person or by letter mail to the Town Clerk shall not be accepted.
Durham Region Construction Projects
Durham Region also has projects that will affect Ajax residents including projects for:
